99% of the time, if you have having trouble downloading the
product or logging in, it is because your username and
password are Case Sensitive; you have to login with the
EXACT details you signed up with.
Members usually make the mistake in the Username, putting
caps when they're not supposed to and vice versa.
If somehow this still doesn't work, send us a mail at the
